Ana Marisa Hernandez is a dynamic Human Resource Executive with extensive experience in diverse industries and complex human resource management roles. For the past 20 years, she honed her expertise in Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. In her years of service in the hospitality, education, and healthcare industries, Ana Marisa has come to value the unique challenges and opportunities of entrepreneur owned and operated organizations. She values the mission of MAP, and is therefore committed to serving the business goals and objectives for MAP entities. As the current Director of Human Resources for MAP, Ana Marisa leads her team of HR specialists in championing company culture, reinforcing employee engagement, supporting and collaborating with MAP leaders, and creating talent management strategies. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Ana Marisa also takes pride in creating meaningful and purpose-driven relationships with the leadership and staff of MAP. She holds accountability for maintaining the balance between the needs of internal & external stakeholders and advocating for compliance, confidentiality, diversity, and inclusion. Ana Marisa joined MAP in October 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
